A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Mason Glass Limited (01542252) whose registered office is Carlton House, Grammar School Street, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD1 4NS whose nature of business is, Wholesale of textiles presented on 24 February 2020, at 09.40 by MUVANTEX NV (A Company incorporated under the laws of Belgium) of Kortrijkse Heerweg 209 8540 Deerlijk Belgium, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Wednesday 15 April 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
