Notice is hereby given that the Official Receiver, having been appointed on 6 November 2019, intends to declare a first and final dividend of 38.9p in the ÂŁ to the unsecured creditors of the company within a period of 2 months from the last date for proving.

Creditors who have not proved their debts must do so by 27 September 2021 otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend.
