"To place the Company into members' voluntary liquidation under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that to appoint David Simon Matthew Edwards (IP No. 008244) and Janette Louise Chillery-Belcher (IP No. 22172) both of Aaron & Partners LLP Solicitors, 5-7 Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester, Cheshire, CH1 1HG as Joint Liquidators who can act jointly or severally."
