Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006, the directors of the Company proposed that on 2 February 2021 the following resolutions be passed as a special and ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jo Watts (IP No. 23310) and Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
