At a General Meeting of the members of Marshall Aircraft Sales Limited held on 23 September 2019, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Donna Baxter (IP No. 009123) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1st Floor, 24 High Street, Whittlesford, Cambridgeshire, CB22 4LT and Dominik Thiel Czerwinke (IP No. 009636) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend on Sea, SS1 2EG be and are hereby appointed as joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
