A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Unit C9 Sutton Business Park, New Road, Rainham, England, RM13 8DE presented on the 27th October 2022 by PROWOOD FURNITURE LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Keresley House, Tamworth Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV7 8JG claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 13th day of December 2022 at 10:00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 12 December 2022.
