“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
