"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Malcolm Cohen (IP No. 6825) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU and Matthew James Chadwick (IP No. 9311) of BDO LLP, 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, RH6 0PA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
