Notice is hereby given, that the Director of the above-named Company are seeking deemed consent from creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 4 March 2020.

The proposed decision is in respect of the appointment of Allan Watson Graham and Matthew Ingram as Joint Liquidators of the Company and the decision date is 23.59 hours on 4 March 2020.

To object to the proposed decision, you must deliver a notice in writing, with a proof of debt (unless one has already been submitted), stating that you do so to Allan Watson Graham, Duff & Phelps Ltd, 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3PU or by email to Victoria.Whatley@DuffandPhelps.com not later than 23.59 hours on 4 March 2020, the decision date, failing which your objection will be disregarded.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company's creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Duff & Phelps, 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3PU between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days falling next to the decision date.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote.
