At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Marquee Events, Unit 2, Silver Royd Business Park, Silver Royd Hill, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS12 4QQ at 11:00 on 28 October 2021, the following resolutions were passed:

Special resolution

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary resolutions

2. That Howard Smith and Richard Harrison of Interpath Advisory be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

3. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be done by one of them.
