"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Campbell (IP No. 10150) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
