Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 ('IA1986') and Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (the 'Rules') that the Company's directors (the 'Convener') are seeking a decision from creditors, using the deemed consent procedure, on the nomination of Dominic Paul Dumville and Henry Nicholas Page of Mercer & Hole, 72 London Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 1NS as Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act jointly of severally.
