A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at HLP Ltd, 77 Middle Hillgate, Stockport, Cheshire SK1 3EH presented by KAWASAKI MOTORS EUROPE NV T/A KAWASAKI MOTORS UK whose registered office address is situated at 1 Dukes Meadow, Millboard Road, Bourne End SL8 5XF claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 11 January 2021 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 24 February 2021 at 10.30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
