At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 6 Bicclescombe, Ilfracombe, Devon, EX34 8EX, on 10 September 2018 at 4pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and "that Katie Louise Parsons Mason (IP No: 18010) and Peter Richard James Frost (IP No 8935) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
