NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at BDO, Lindsay House, 10 Callender street Belfast, BT1 5BN on Friday 17 September 2021 at 11am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85, 86 and 87 of the said Order.

In order to comply with current government and health care advice during the Covid-19 pandemic, a physical meeting of creditors cannot take place. In order to provide creditors with the opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held remotely by video conference.

Where creditors are unable to attend ‘in person’ by video conference, creditors may vote at the meeting by proxy. Creditors must lodge their proxies at BDO, Lindsay House, 10 Callender Street, Belfast, BT1 5BN, together with a completed proof of debt form no later than 12 noon on 16 September 2021.

Michael Jennings and Brian Murphy of BDO NI, 10 Callender Street, Belfast, BT1 5BN who are qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners shall, prior to the date of the meeting, furnish creditors information concerning the Company’s affairs free of charge, as they may reasonably require.
