"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Andrew Segal (IP No. 2685) and David Birne (IP No. 9034) both of Fisher Partners, Acre House, 11-15 William Road, London, NW1 3ER be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
