At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held by a virtual meeting on 21 July 2020 at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Iain Fraser (IP No. 9218) and Thomas Campbell MacLennan (IP No. 8209) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 2B, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
