"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Duncan Swift (IP No. 8093) and Chris Tate (IP No. 22910) both of Moore Stephens (South) R&I LLP, 114 High Street, Southampton, SO14 2AA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company and that the Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
