"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) of CVR Global LLP, 6th Floor Broad Quay House, Prince Street, Bristol, BS1 4DJ and Ian Defty (IP No. 9245) of CVR Global LLP, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
