Notice is hereby given that on 6 February 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Taylor and Martin Property Management Ltd, 6th Floor, Gordon Chambers, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ craving the Court inter alia that MARCHMOUNT CONSULTING LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC352267) and having it’s registered office at 14 Newton Place, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 7PY (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Robb and Michelle Elliot, Insolvency Practitioners of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor of 6 February 2020 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Pl, Glasgow G5 9TW within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
