A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Marc Sharpe Ltd (08099246) of Level 1, Devonshire House, Mayfair Place, London W1J 8AJ, whose nature of business is Management Consultancy, presented on Friday 23 August 2019, at 17:01 by JANA LAVERICK-SMERALOVA, of 33 Maynard Grove, Wynyard Villlage, Billingham TS22 5SP claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 16 October 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
