At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named companies, duly convened and held via a Zoom teleconference call on 24 September 2020 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the companies be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) and Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Companies, to act jointly or severally.”
