"That the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Rebecca Jane Dacre (IP No. 009572) and Mark Siddall (IP No. 028890) both of Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FF be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
