Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened, and held at 4 Telford Road, Ferndown Industrial Estate, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 7QL, on 14 February 2022 the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were duly passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Glen Carter (IP No. 26072) and Phillip Sykes (IP No. 6119) both of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY be and hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
