Notice is hereby given that on 15th February 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Mantlepiece (S.E) Limited craving the Court that Mantlepiece (S.E) Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 3 Robert Drive, Glasgow, G51 3HE (“the company”) be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 16th February 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
