Notice is hereby given that Ben Woodthorpe and Simon Jagger (IP Nos. 18370 and 22838) both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the above-named Companies on 28 March 2019 by the members.

Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Companies are required, on or before 16 May 2019, to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims, to the Joint Liquidator and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, are personally, or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Note: These are solvent Liquidations and it is anticipated that all creditors will be paid in full.
