and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986,

A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Manningham Community Development Centre Ltd (04915132) of 160, Lumb Lane, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD8 7RZ England, whose nature of business is to integrate and harmonize the diversity of the Manningham community, through the means of education and training, and other objects stated in the memorandum of association of the company, presented on Friday 25 January 2019, at 10:00 by BRADFORD CITY COUNCIL, of 2nd Floor Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Courts, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 18 March 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Friday 15 March 2019
