At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Montpelier Professional (Lancs) Ltd, Charter House, Pittman Way, Fulwood, Preston PR2 9ZD, on 29 June 2018, at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) and David Acland (IP No. 8894) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
