"That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that David James Robson (IP No. 11130) of Gaines Robson Insolvency Ltd, Carrwood Park, Selby Road, Leeds, LS15 4LG and David Adam Broadbent (IP No. 9458) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Redheugh House, Teesdale South, Thornaby Place, Stockton on Tees, TS17 6SG be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by all or any one of the persons for the time being holding such office."
