At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at a Virtual Meeting on 15 May 2020 at 1.15 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Illes (IP No. 23730) and Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 33 George Street, Croydon, CR0 1LB be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company."
