Notice is hereby given by Steven Illes and Hugh Francis Jesseman that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a virtual meeting to be held on 23 July 2021 at 1.15 pm. The purpose of the virtual meeting is to form a committee, and that the post appointment remuneration of the Joint Liquidators to be increased to a fixed fee of ÂŁ25,000 plus disbursements and VAT.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the virtual meeting and vote either personally or by proxy and must also have submitted a proof of debt (if not already lodged) at Antony Batty & Company LLP, 33 George Street, Croydon, CR0 1LB by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
