At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 18 March 2024, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Neil Henry and Jeremy Oddie of Lines Henry Ltd, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1EZ, be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up, are licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the United Kingdom and are empowered to act jointly and severally.

At virtual meeting of creditors on 18 March 2024, the appointment of Neil Henry and Jeremy Oddie as Joint Liquidators was confirmed by the creditors.
