“That it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Duncan Beat (IP No. 8161) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 6JB and Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
