and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986,

A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Mana Restaurant Group Limited (11404402) of Alex House, 260-268 Chapel Street, Salford M3 5JZ, whose nature of business is Licenced Restaurants, presented on Thursday 11 July 2019, at 10:00 by TIBARD LAUNDRY SERVICES LTD, of Tibard House, Globe Lane Industrial Estate, Dukinfield SK16 4UU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business & Property Court in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 02 September 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
