"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Harris (IP No. 015454) of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1DD and Mark Reynolds (IP No. 008838) of Valentine & Co, Glade House, 52-54 Carter Lane, London, EC4V 5EF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
