"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Philip Wood (IP No. 9148) of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS and Gary Paul Shankland (IP No. 009587) of Begbies Traynor Group, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
