“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas W Nicholson and Dominic Dumville, both of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL, (IP Nos. 9624 and 17890) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
