At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 22a Pebblemoor, Edlesborough, Dunstable, LU6 2HZ on 2 April 2020 at 9.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute amongst the members in specie or kind the whole or any part of the assets of the company and may for such purpose set such value as they deem fair upon any property to be divided as aforesaid and may determine how such division shall be carried out as between the members and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) of CVR Global LLP, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
