At a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 5 St. Agnes Road, Moseley, Birmingham B13 9PH on 31 March 2020 at 10.15 am, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Benjamin Neil Jones (IP No. 24250) and Rajnesh Mittal (IP No. 15674) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
