“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that the winding up proceeds as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation and

“That for the purpose of the winding up of the Company, Julie Swan and Carrie James of PCR, Unit 1, First Floor, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2FX be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
