A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 5 September 2022 by THALIA WB ODC LIMITED formerly known as Amey Cespa East Ltd (Company Number 00958007) of Elder House Chancery Exchange, 10 Furnival Street, London, United Kingdom, EC4A 1AB claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 11 October 2022, at 10:00 AM (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
