"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew John Waghorn (IP No. 009432) of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ and Louise Mary Brittain (IP No. 9000) of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
