At a General Meeting of the Members of the Company held on 28 February 2017 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Cooper and Paul Appleton of David Rubin & Partners, 26 - 28 Bedford Row, London WS1R 4HE be appointed as Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day, an ordinary resolution was passed

“That Paul David Allen and Anthony John Wright, both of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU, (IP Nos 11734 and 10870) were hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
