I, James Bernard Stephen, of BDO LLP, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX and Shay Bannon, both of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU, (IP Nos 9273 and 8777) hereby give notice that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named company on 16 March 2016, by order of the Court. It is not our intention to summon a meeting of creditors at this stage because there do not appear to be any matters warranting the establishment of a Liquidation Committee. Under Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, we shall convene a meeting of creditors if requested to do so by one tenth, in value, of the company’s creditors. If you want the opportunity to consider whether a Liquidation Committee should be set up please write to me at the above address indicating as such.
