At a General Meeting of the members of the above company held pursuant to Sections 282 & 283 of the Companies Act 2006 and Section 84(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, duly convened and held via Zoom Conferencing Platform at 1.30 pm on 1 March 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Mark Taylor (IP No. 10570) of T H Financial Recovery, Suite 101 & 102, Empire Way Business Park, Liverpool Road, Burnley, BB12 6HH be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company."
