A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 29 Chapel Street, Little Germany, Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, BD1 5DT, presented on 2nd April 2019, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED of The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6WD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, LEEDS, LS1 3BG, on 11th June 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
