At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Menzies LLP, Wentworth House, 4400 Parkway, Whiteley, Hampshire, PO15 7FJ on 28 July 2016, at 11.30 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Rodney Newton,(IP No. 9732) and Simon James Underwood,(IP No. 2603) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be and is hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
