At a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Office 2, SBK House, 2 Holland Road West, Birmingham B6 4DW the following special and ordinary resolutions, respectively, were duly passed, viz:-

RESOLUTIONS

THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily; and

THAT Philip Ballard, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of LBK Insolvency Solutions Limited of Office 2, SBK House, 2 Holland Road West, Birmingham B6 4DW be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up .
