A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Madiya Foods (UK) Limited (07176607) of Trust House, 5 New Augustus Street, Bradford BD1 5LL, whose nature of business is 46320 - Wholesale of meat and meat products, presented on Tuesday 18 June 2019, at 10:00 by CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL, of Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 13 August 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
