At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 1HN on 11 April 2019 at 10.00 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Edgar Blackburn (IP No. 6234) and Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
